By Craig Ballantyne At the start of each week you should hit the grocery store and to prepare your weight loss meals for the next 7 days. See our grocery list at the bottom of this email. Print it out and take it with you. And now here are your guidelines for the next 7 days. Monday Start the week with a strength and interval workout. It never hurts to have a trainer check your form, and make sure that you are pushing yourself hard enough. Alternatively, a workout partner can make all the difference in helping you bust through a plateau. The quote most often heard in the gym, “I’d never work this hard on my own.” Is this true for you? Tuesday Get 30 minutes of fun, recreational activity. In addition, check your diet for excess calories. By now, you should have developed many healthy eating habits…however, sometimes things start slipping. So give yourself a little review. It’s never too late to start eating properly. Wednesday Do another strength and interval workout. Get your workout done in only 45 minutes. Add 5% more weight to your main exercise, and reduce the number of reps per set by 1. Keep perfect form of course, but increase the intensity. You might even find that you can do all of the reps with this new, increased weight. That will lead to more Turbulence, and more calories burned. If you want to increase your interval intensity instead, do the same - increase your speed or resistance by 5% on the treadmill or bike. Thursday Do at least 30 minutes of activity. Try something new. If you haven’t done any bodyweight circuits yet, give those a try. Friday Finish the week with one more strength and interval workout. Try to eat 8 small meals today which should give you even better results than eating 6 small meals. The 8 small meals/snacks: Breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, pre-workout, post-workout, dinner, and evening snack. Saturday Enjoy 30 minutes of activity. Check in with your social support group and trade fat loss secrets. Sunday Start the day nice and early with 30 minutes of activity. Plan, shop, and prepare. Make it your goal to purchase the most healthy grocery order of your entire life. You get extra bonus points if the clerk says, “Wow, what a healthy order”. Here are some of the items on my list: Fruits Apples Oranges Blueberries Peaches Grapefruit Raspberries Vegetables Peppers (red, yellow, green, & orange), Spinach Asparagus Broccoli Snow Peas Mushrooms Frozen mixed vegetables Tomato sauce Protein Sources Chicken breasts Turkey breasts Salmon fillets Lean beef Skim milk & low-fat, low-sugar yogurt whey protein Carbohydrates Oat bread Oatmeal (no sugar added) Whole-wheat pasta Other Green tea Unsalted, not roasted, Almonds Nutrition has a huge impact on your success, CB You have permission to publish this article in your web sites, ezines or electronic publication, as long as the piece is used in its entirety including the resource box, all hyperlinks (HTML clickable) and references and copyright info. By Gregg Hall Beauty is very important to the modern woman. Women go to extreme lengths to help them stay looking young and beautiful. Face peels, plastic surgery, and liposuction are becoming a popular trend. These kinds of treatments are not right for everyone. Many women choose to do things at home that are easy, non invasive, and less costly. My wife use to go to the beauty salon all the time to get these things done, but now there are so many really good products available that you can use right at home. It really is no longer necessary to spend hundreds of dollars at the beauty salon; now women can spend a fraction of that amount by purchasing their supplies at the local drug store. Plus there is a wide variety of products available at the drug store so women can find the perfect product for their skin type. Some of the tips I have learned from being around my wife all these years have really made an impact on me. She is a wonderful woman and dedicated to keeping yourself looking great, her are a few of her tips:The first thing you can do to keep you looking beautiful is eating right. With a well balanced diet that includes fruits and vegetables you can stay at optimum health and keep your skin, hair, and nails looking great. Another important part of diet would be making sure you get your recommended eight to ten glasses of water a day. Water will hydrate your skin, and cleanse your body of unwanted toxins.Regular exercise is another way to help you stay young and active. Exercise will help keep you healthy and looking great. If you feel great about yourself it will show. Exercise will also help improve skin tone, digest food easier, and rid the body of unwanted toxins. Good hygiene is another easy to stay looking great. Making sure you keep your body clean and free of dead skin will help your skin look great. A shower in the morning may help you get ready for the day, while a shower in the evening may help you wash the stress of the day away and prepare you for sleep. Get out and get some sun. The sun can be harmful if you do not wear the proper protection, so make sure you protect your skin. The sun provides natural vitamins and energy for our bodies. Happiness is another important factor in beauty. If you are happy with your life than you will look more healthy and young. When you are surrounded by loved ones you will look and feel better about yourself. Do remember that you need to love yourself as well. When you are happy with who you are and your life you will have a glow about you. When you are happy it seems to boost the immune system and lengthen the life span as well. By Michael Russell Have you seen T shirts with designs on them? Your home printer can print the same designs you see on the shirts in stores and you can save a lot of money making your own shirts. To start making designs, you need an iron on transfer kit. These kits can be found at any computer store in the printer area. Some kits may come with images to use for your project, but don’t expect a lot, they may only provide enough to get you started. You can also find your images from the internet, but this requires a lots of searching to find the ones you like. You can also buy software from the software area of the store and you will get about 10,000 images to use. It may be ok to use these images and put them on your shirts to sell, but check to see if they are copyrighted first. If you do not own a printer yet, this would be a good time to buy one, but make sure that it is an ink jet. You may want to get a few ink cartridges, if you plan on selling your shirts. If you’re just making the shirts for yourself, then one ink cartridge will work. An iron is also needed to get the images onto the shirts but make sure that there’s no rust on your iron. You are going to need a lots of shirts. Any color will do but if you’re new to this, start with a white one. To get started, you must decide what kind of image you want to put on your shirt. If you have the appropriate software, you just type into the search window what kind of image you want, and you will get a lot of results. If you haven’t bought the software with the library of images, then use the web or the samples that are offered. Now load your iron on transfer software. It should show you a shirt and all you have to do is load the picture onto the shirt that’s on the screen, then you can size the image the way you want it to be on the shirt. You can add words as well, if you like. Once you are finished, put your iron on transfer paper in the printer. Read the instructions carefully and make sure to load it correctly. Once you get your iron on transfer sheet with the image on it, set your iron the way that the kit recommends. It is worth noting that if you have a picture and words, you will need to cut around the image and each letter and iron them all on separately, otherwise you will have the whole print on the shirt and it will look like it has been starched. Try ironing on other fabrics like tote bags. Your kit should tell you what you can iron onto. Making shirts can be a fun hobby, and if you would like to make money on them, you can do that too. Just make sure that the images you use are not copyrighted. So if you would like to try it, go to your computer store. ——————————————————- Michael Russell Your Independent guide to Printing ——————————————————- Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Michael_Russell http://EzineArticles.com/?Printing-On-Fabric&id=147715 fast cash loans in memphis missouri legislation-pay day loans personal loans not a payday loan unsecured personal loan australia

By Rob Rawlings We live in a society based on the easy way out, and people are getting fat because of it. People no longer have to do real work for anything. You can get your news, food, and source of income without leaving the house, and you can travel thousands of miles without taking a sinlgle step. It may seem like we are advancing, but most people don’t have the self control to keep their weight at an acceptable level. America is overweight. Our easy-way-out society wants everything to be easy, but everything isn’t easy. Obesity is a serious problem that takes a serious commitment to overcome. People just aren’t taking the initiative themselves, and they end up fat, lonely, and depressed as a result. “I just don’t know how we can turn things around,” remarks Dr. Fischer, a heart surgeon who has had an influx of patients in recent years, “people need to get on some type of plan to lose weight.” Even the government has started to take notice of the problem, and thats how you know things are getting bad. Luckily, a solution is on the horizon. Weight loss clubs have started to spring up all over the internet, and they are starting to make a difference. Although most people with weight problems haven’t started a diet plan, individuals are seeing incredible results. “I lost 7 pounds in the first week, and 20 in the first month,” says Asher Dunn, a retired insurance salesman, “the benefits are more than skin deep.” Thanks to the internet, the help is readily available for those who want it. People are happier, healthier, and much more energetic after they lose weight, and sometimes all it takes is a smart diet plan. Take the initiative and do something about your weight problem today. Read the weight loss review today and find a diet plan thats right for you. By Mike Dougherty Do you want a super easy way to make your child’s birthday cake look terrific? How easy is super easy? Not long ago I put together a survey asking moms if they thought picking up a cake for their birthday child at their favorite bakery and decorating it with easy-to-find, ready-made decorations like edible cake art, edible toppers, cake pics and rings and non-edible toppers was something they’d like to try. Well guess what? 39 percent of those responding to the survey said they would rather just pick up a regular cake and be done with it. Huh? Somethings wrong here. This is YOUR birthday child we’re talking about. But 39 percent of you would rather just pick up a regular cake and head for the nearest Starbucks for a cup of whatever the flavor of the month happens to be instead of taking just a little bit more time to add some personal touches to YOUR birthday child’s cake. Got time for a refill on that coffee? Super Easy When it comes to kid birthday cakes, it really is super easy for you to turn an ordinary, off-the-shelf cake into a fun, birthday surprise work of art that your child will really love and appreciate. And if you insist, you can still have your cup or two of coffee. Edible Cake Art Its colorful; it’s fun, and it’s super easy to find edible cake art that matches your child’s birthday theme at an online party or cake decorating store. Why online? Because all you do is choose your decoration and they ship it right to your door. Now that’s super easy and you don’t even have to leave your house. Well, unless you’re headed for the nearest coffee shop for a cup of your favorite half-caf, mocha latte fru-fru coffee thingy. Edible Toppers Your kid birthday cakes will take on a wonderful 3-D look when you add these fun edible cake toppers (made from sugar). It’s super easy. Just click on your favorite online cake decorating store and look for your child’s birthday theme. Then sit back, have a sip of your favorite coffee brew and wait for your doorbell to ring. Is that super easy or what? Oh and by the way, at the end of this article, I’ll give you a super easy link to one of the most respected online party and cake decorating stores where you’ll meet two nice ladies named Mary Ann and Kimberly who will be happy to help you. Cake Pics and Rings These decorations are non-edible and they can easily be used to help give your child’s cake that fun 3-D look. And you’ll find cake pics and rings to match just about every theme. One fun thing more about these decorations is that after your cake has been enjoyed, you can rinse your cake pics and rings and use them as party favors. You can also use these to decorate cup cakes. And, all you have to do is click on your favorite online cake decorating store, select the cake pics and ring set of your choice and then wait for them to be delivered right to your door. Talk about easy. And of course you can reward yourself with an extra large cup of your favorite coffee, tea or fruit juice. Non-Edible Toppers These are my favorite. You can even find really fun animated cake toppers. And these are also available for just about any theme. And get this — Long after your cake is gone and your child’s birthday is over, most non-edible toppers can be used as toys or collectibles. And they really make your kid birthday cakes come to life. Oh and of course these are super easy to find too. Just click to your favorite online party or cake decorating store, choose the non-edible topper you like (and one your birthday child will like as well), sit back and wait for your special topper to arrive at your door. And with all the time you saved choosing your cake decorations online, just think of all the extra time you now have for sampling the latest flavors at your favorite coffee place. Or where ever you like to hang out. So if you want a SUPER EASY way to add a very special touch to your child’s kid birthday cakes. just pick up a cake at your favorite bakery and make your child’s special cake come alive with edible cake art, cake pics and rings, edible toppers and non-edible toppers. Your child will love you for it. And hey — It really is super easy, just for you! By John C. Baker Its all about the bit. Thats right, a router table is defined by the bits you use in creating some of the most impressive and beautiful shapes that give like to a plain piece of wood. Router tables have long been a staple to the professional woodworkers shop and are quickly finding a niche in the handy-mans garage as well. As more people are interested in adding the distinctive touches of trims and mouldings to their homes and furnishings, they are finding that they can do it themselves by learning to guide wood through a router. But It Looks So Hard! You may think that it is difficult to created bevelled edges or shaped cornices, but the router saws do all the work. If you can guide a piece of planking through a table saw, then you can master the router table. Router table plans are available to take down the learning curve too. These plans show what shapes will develop from different bits, angles and motions with your router. There are even router table plans free online. Bits are the heart behind the capabilities of a router table. Notching and edging patterns are determined by the bit. There are edge bits which create the bevelling on a mantle piece, of straight and rabbetting bits for cutting deep, square notches. Dovetail bits are used in creating the snug fitting found in high-quality drawer construction. Other slot cutters and finger joint bits, such as those available from Whiteside router bits are used to keep cabinet fronts snug inside the edge frames. Specialty router bits can be used for a number of different projects. The cap pieces in fences for example are made using a raised panel or stile bit. The more specialized the bit, the more cuts it can make with one pass through the table. Even miniature router bits are available for making anything from toys to doll houses to fine detailing on furniture. The Tops in Tables Router tables will take up just about the same amount of room in the workshop as the table saw. However, for those with limited space, there are bench top models available. If your bench or table isnt exactly the right height there are height adjusters meant for router tables too. Getting your router aligned to your height is important for added control and precision. What Your Router Table Plans Will Include Router table plans are meant to show more than just the shape a router bit will produce. That is just the basic of what the bit is capable of doing. Add to it the imagination that only a craftsman can provide, and you have unlimited design opportunities. Router table plans and patterns show how angling and adjusting the wood with each pass through the router can create a unique look or duplicate a pattern you want to use. Whether you are capping a fence, fashioning a new fireplace mantle or designing your own unique crown moulding, a router table is the only way to achieve that custom look without the cost of purchasing custom-cut wood. Add the detailing only a router can provide to your next home improvement project. Johnathan Bakers usually makes informative papers on themes corresponding to router table and router table plans. You can learn about his writings on router tables over at http://www.insidewoodworking.com/rout/routertabl.html and other sources for router tables information. By Charles White The next few days in Ohio are supposed to be in the 50’s, so, guess what I plan on doing if the lakes thaw out? Yep, go fishing for bass. As you know the bass are not going to spend a lot of energy going after your bait, so offer them something a little larger than usual. A 10″ worm comes to mind, a pig and jig or something to that effect. Where you might have this in the water for 30 seconds in the summer, now it might take 4 or 5 minutes. Work it slow…….very slow. Does this work? Well, one day it was so cold outside I never even got out of the truck, my fishing partner wanted to fish this new lake even though the wind was blowing about 20 miles an hour. Can you imagine my surprise when he came back about 10 minutes later with a bass over 5 pounds? He was working a grape colored worm very, very slow. I have fished in the winter ever since that day. Charles E. White has fished for almost 50 years for bass from California to Florida. In his lifetime, it is estimated that he has caught over 6,000 bass. His biggest bass is a 12 pound 14 ounce that hangs on his wall in his office. Charles has fished with people who have never fished for bass before and taught them how to become successful anglers and also has fished with the Pros in Florida. His new website about fishing for bass is at http://www.bassfishingweekly.com. By Deborah Shelton Summertime isnt just about getting dirty, staying up all night, playing in the rain, and going off to camp–Its about meeting new people. Follow these tips to turn your vacation acquaintances into lifelong friends. 1. Summer Memory Book Make the summer last forever by preserving memories in a special book. Fill the plastic sleeves of a photo album with photos, ticket stubs, sections of road maps from summer trips, and other mementos. When youre finished, exchange memory books with your closest summer buddy. 2. Picture Postcards Keep in touch with vacation friends by sending picture postcards. Scan summer photos and print them on cardstock paper, 4 per page. Use scissors to cut individual cards. On the blank side, include your friends address, your return address, and a postage stamp. Dont forget to write a cool message! 3. Pen Pal Club Start your own pen pal club! Swap addresses with your new friends and make a commitment to keep in touch. Be creative dont limit yourself to writing letters. Send an inexpensive gag gift every so often, or an audiotape letter. Send lists of your favorite things. For instance, one month send your pen pals a list of your 20 favorite movies, and then compare your lists. No matter how you decide to keep in touch, dont let summer friendships end when summer ends. By Jared Winston What’s the first thing you notice about a person? According to over 60% of people who were asked that in a recent survey, the answer is “their smile.” A great smile is one of those assets that everyone appreciates. For decades, the only way to brighten your smile was with the help of a dentist - but these days, there’s a wide variety of teeth whitening products on the market that can help anyone have a whiter, brighter smile, without the expense and inconvenience of a dentists office visit. Teeth whitening products aren’t exactly new. There have been toothpastes on the market for years that promise to whiten your teeth and give you a brighter, warmer smile. Over the past few years, though, there’s been a wealth of new teeth whitening products on the market. With so many types of products and systems for whitening your teeth available, it can be confusing to choose the one that’s safe and best for you. Teeth Whitening Tray SystemsOne of the most commonly used types of teeth whitening products are tray systems. Essentially, these products consist of a flexible tray that is fitted to your teeth. The tray is designed to hold a bleaching agent in close contact with your teeth for a period of time. Some tray systems are designed to be used in the dentists office, some to be prescribed by a dentist and used at home, and some can be purchased over the counter and used at home. Many people opt to wear the trays at night while they sleep. There are several bleaching agents that are used in teeth whitening products. The one most commonly recommended by dental professionals is a carbamide peroxide 10-22% solution. Carbamide peroxide is a viscous gel form of hydrogen peroxide chosen because it clings to teeth. The better contact that the bleach has with your teeth, the better the effects you’ll get from the whitening procedure. Most over the counter tray systems use hydrogen peroxide instead of carbamide peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide is safe, but it doesn’t bleach as quickly. In most cases, if you’re using any at-home system, it will take several sessions a day for several weeks to achieve the same results that your dentist can get in his office in two-three ninety minute sessions. However, youll pay for the speed - a doctor’s office whitening treatment can cost you as much as $500 per session. An at-home system may cost as little as $30 for the total treatment. Teeth Whitening StripsA second popular method of whitening teeth is the use of teeth whitening strips. Like over the counter tray systems, the active ingredient in teeth whitening strips is hydrogen peroxide. Instead of using a fitted tray and mouth guard, teeth whitening strips are designed to stick to your teeth and hold the hydrogen peroxide against them. They’re far more convenient for most people, who can choose to wear them at night or during the day. Usually, they require several 30-minute sessions a day over several weeks time. On the other hand, they’re not as effective as tray-based systems. Because they only cover the front teeth, only those teeth are affected. In addition, because of the fit, they often leave a yellowed area of the teeth near to the gum line. Teeth Whitening Gums and Toothpastes Other teeth whitening products include toothpastes, dental floss and chewing gum. These products contain a very weak solution of peroxide or another whitening agent. Because they don’t stay in contact with your teeth for any length of time, their effect is minimal. However, they are useful in maintaining a brighter smile in conjunction with another teeth whitening method. White teeth and a bright smile can boost your confidence and improve your appearance. For help in choosing the best teeth whitening product for your teeth, consult a dental professional who can advise you which method will work best for you. Copyright Jared Winston, 2006. By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Philip_Nicosia]Philip Nicosia The first mobile phones, released in the market during the early nineties, were large and clunky devices with low battery life and very limited memory. All this has changed. Todays mobile phones are not only light and compact, but are packed with features. Many of them have camera, MP3 and PDA functions, with the option to download games, programs, ringtones and full-color wallpapers. You cant even call them just mobile phonestheyre almost like mobile offices. With the diversity of features, the variety of shapes and sizes, and the thick competition between mobile phone manufacturers that lead them to release new models every year, its hard to pick which mobile phone to buy. Todays top of the line phones can do almost everything, but which of those features will you really use? Some have camera resolution rivals a decent point and click digital camera; others flip open to reveal a keyboard to let you check and write emails and even surf the web. While its always great to have that kind of power in your pocket (literally), the first and most important thing to consider if your lifestyle. Are you an executive? Do you have to keep track of a lot of meetings and tasks? Do you spend a lot of time away from the office? If so, buying a phone with PDA features will really simplify your life. You dont have to carry too many gadgets with you, and you can make note of the messages you receive directly on to the phones calendar, and set a reminder for meetings and deadlines. On the other hand, a stay at home mom may not need a PDA function, but would probably benefit from a mobile phone with a good camera. You can take instant pictures of your kids (and we all know how those moments pass while you run upstairs to get a camera) and proudly send them to friends and family in the same minute. Most teenagers opt for phones that have the radio and MP3 functions, or have that elusive quality called form and coolness factor. A mobile phone is not just functional, it is also almost an accessory. Certain models are designed to look sleek and beautiful, and are even declared by fashion magazines to be the it model of the year. Others simply are triumphs in ergonomic design, and use materials (from a chic chrome to trendy brights) to communicate a particular image. A few models even allow full customability with changeable cases in a wide variety of colors. You can actually buy all of the shades, and make your mobile phone match your outfit! Aside from your lifestyle, of course another important consideration is price. You will have to set a budget, and then look for the best deals. Check various stores and websites before buying, but remember that cheapest is not always best. Ask if the mobile phone comes with a warranty, how long it lasts, and whether the warranty involves repair or replacement of the unit. Also remember that it is better to pay a little higher for a phone you like and will use for a long time, than to opt for a cheaper phone, and then replace it within months.
